The so-called 'monument view' was merely some ruins-how good. The 'jacuzzi' is just a glorified bathtub. I expected an upgrade after my complaints but received nothing. Funny how they advertise luxury but deliver chaos and cheapness. Honestly almost considered a good review until. Well, just couldn't.

The location was incredible and amazing, just off the Colliseum at Gay Street, Colosseum, Roman Forum & Palatine, and supermarket and easily accessible. Rione Monti district was worth exploring. Had superior queen room with a view and wake-up service was available in it. A jacuzzi bath and a bidet where very handy.

Friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.
Our experience was marred by several inconveniences. The rules felt unnecessarily restrictive. We couldn't bring guests back without them checking in. The air conditioning was ineffective, leaving us uncomfortable in a hot room, and the noise from neighboring rooms was unbearable.

Comfort, cleanliness and furnishings of room and bathroom but above all, location. The excellent food in the restaurants at the front door was a bonus.

Imperial Rooms has a superb location right across from the Colosseum. My room was spacious and very clean. The air conditioning kept the room comfortably cool during warm days. The staff were accommodating and helpful, offering excellent local dining recommendations. The internet connection was spotty and could definitely be better. Despite these minor inconveniences, I enjoyed the proximity to major attractions and the bustling atmosphere of the area.

Very close to Colosseum, that's great. The breakfast was very nice.
The staff, friendly and kind, did not speak English good enought to handle the arrends/questions. The hotel is situated just above a popular bar-street, lot's of people (could be fun), but also quite noisy. Very strange hotel, I was given a room without a wc or bath room, and had to leave my room to get there, and there were other rooms that could use this bathroom - but apprently I had all this for myself. The breakfast was very nice.
